Our Plum Slate is a popular sought after slate. The colour of this slate can complement any garden whilst adding a touch of elegance. The flat angular shape of the slate gives a stylish contemporary look which can help instantly brighten up any garden.
The 20-40mm Plum Slate Chippings have a natural variation in colour they are dusky when dry and glossy when wet a wonderful addition to any garden plus they are eco friendly. This lovely plum slate chipping is great for flowerbeds, plant pots, paths and drives. Create features such as alpines or rock gardens to complete the perfect outdoor look.
Fish Friendly after washing so they can also be used in ponds and water features.
Slate Chippings help deter weeds on flower beds and borders, promoting a healthier, cleaner garden.
Plum slate is best laid 3-4cm deep and deeper on drives. It will settle and lay very flat very quickly.
Bulk bags are 77 x 77 x 80cm and cover approx. 14m2 at a depth of 40mm - our bulk bags hold approx. 40 of our smaller bags
