“We were really happy with the order and subsequent delivery of the topsoil. It was nice to actually speak to someone prior to the order being placed as I wasn’t sure of the exact qty of KGS each bag and when asked they gave me an answer straight away without having to check with someone. Also the bags were great value. When shopping about I got two bags I ordered from you when really other companies were doing one bag for roughly the same price of your two bags. “I am a regular customer, whilst not a professional in the field, I have a large garden and as such I have purchase, bulk quantities of top soil, turf, and bark. I find as a resident in Ottershaw that the nursery is very local to me. I have found it helpful to use my own trailer to collect bulk materials at my convenience. I have found the staff friendly and well informed. There is a tendency for businesses that cater to both the trade and the public to appear dismissive to the latter; Mark and the staff at Ottershaw do not come across that way.
